This year, almost 300 jewellery designs were received from all over the Asia regions and more than half of them were from Mainland China. Practicing the same tradition as every other year, the contest is divided into 10 different categories. For the final round, 10 -13 jewellery designs have been selected for each category, and an official written statement has been sent to all chosen participants as a notification for them to proceed with the production of their actual jewellery pieces. All finished jewellery pieces have to reach Perles De Tahiti GIE’s Hong Kong representative office no later than June 30, 2005.
3 outstanding nominees will be awarded Winner, First Runner-up and Second Runner-up from each category. All national winners will directly enter into the international contest 2006, and the winning jewellery pieces of the international awards will be exhibited globally.
